1. Scope of Work
Photographer agrees to provide photography services for the following event/session:

2. Payment Terms
Total Fee: £[Amount]

3. Deliverables

4. Photographer’s Rights & Usage
Photographer retains copyright of all images.
Client receives a personal, non-commercial license to use and share images.
Client may not sell, alter, or submit photos for contests/publications without Photographer’s written consent.
Photographer reserves the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, unless Client requests otherwise in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
Client shall ensure cooperation of participants and grant Photographer appropriate access to venues.
Client is responsible for securing any required permits or permissions for photography.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
If Client cancels, the deposit is non-refundable.
If cancellation occurs within [X days] of the event, Client is responsible for [X%] of the total fee.
If Photographer cancels, Client will receive a full refund of all payments made.
7. Liability
Photographer is not responsible for circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to: weather, venue restrictions, lateness of subjects, or interference by guests.
Photographer is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
8. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, illness, government restrictions).
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Photographer and Client and supersedes all prior discussions.
