Art Commission Agreement

This Art Commission Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on [Date], between:
Artist: Aspirearts.uk
Client: [Full Legal Name, Address, Email]

1. Scope of Work

The Artist agrees to create the following commissioned work ("Artwork"):
Description: [Detailed description of the artwork, including medium, size, style, number of revisions, etc.]
Delivery format: [Digital file type, physical medium, or both]
Estimated completion date: [Insert date]
A certificate of authenticity will be provided with original and printed artworks.

2. Payment

Total Fee: £[Amount]
Deposit: £[Amount or %] (non-refundable, due upon signing this Agreement)
Final Payment: Due upon completion, before delivery of final Artwork.
Method of Payment: [Bank transfer, PayPal, etc.]

3. Revisions

The Client is entitled to 1 round of reasonable revisions on Digital works only, Acceptance that original brush artwork is the Artists interpretation of the Subject is assumed on signing the contract.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed 1 revision may incur extra fees at £[rate]per revision.

4. Delivery

For digital artwork: The final files will be delivered via [email, download link, etc.].
For physical artwork: The Artist will ship the work at the Client’s expense unless otherwise agreed.

5. Copyright & Usage Rights

The Artist retains full copyright and moral rights to the Artwork.
The Client receives a [personal use / commercial use] license.
Personal use includes display, printing, or sharing with attribution.
Commercial use (if purchased) allows the Client to reproduce and profit from the Artwork.
The Client may not resell, modify, or claim authorship of the Artwork.

6. Termination & Cancellation

If the Client cancels after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable.
If the Artist cancels, the deposit will be refunded in full.

7. Credit

The Client agrees to credit the Artist as Aspire by Andy Twells when displaying or publishing the Artwork online or in print.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of The United Kingdom.
